During epidemic period, many students have started the good habit of self practicing yoga at home. Yet, it is also discovered that there were many detail about practicing were not fully understood. In this four session yoga practice sessions, the instructor will discuss common problems encountered during self practice and suggest effective use of props to improve the asanas outcome. The instructor will also provide in-depth explanations of commonly practiced asanas such as standing, forward bends, inversions and back bends. This allows students to better master the tips of practice and experience the benefits of accuracy and sequencing in Iyengar yoga practice.
