This 3-hour Iyengar Yoga Intensive for Level 1 & Above workshop will guide you to refine your practice of inversions, helping you prepare for deep relaxation so you can observe your breath with greater awareness an dexperience yogic breathing - Pranayama - with a fresh perspective.

All students are welcome with Level 1 and Above (and with prior experience suitable for inversion).
