We’re honored to welcome Abhijata Iyengar back for a 5.5-day convention, bringing the Pune experience to Hong Kong. A senior teacher at RIMYI and granddaughter of B.K.S. Iyengar, Abhijata blends tradition with her own compassionate and mature teaching style.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 2 years of regular Iyengar Yoga practice

Format:

- English instruction

- 5 days of morning & afternoon sessions (asana/pranayama)

- Final day: morning session only

- Includes discussion opportunities and post-event video access
