It was 2010 when Cecilia first encountered yoga. This 60 minutes yoga session initiated a new chapter in her life. It eased her body stiffness, the distress in her mind, with a feeling of relaxation and grounded, that she had never had. She started to explore her yoga journey and later on began “Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training Course” in 2017.
With curiosity and being open minded during learning, Cecilia undergoes deep self-exploration again and again, and through constant transformations to experience the true meaning of body, mind and soul.
Cecilia’s classes are always full of laughters, her teaching is simple and easy-to-understand with her good sense of humour. She leads the students to practice together and grow together on the path of yoga.
